"I got Marians number from my local Uckfield freedom leisure centre and called to arrange some sessions regarding a problem with my shoulder (frozen shoulder), I had injured it playing squash and lifting heavy lintols at work. I was on many high strength pain killers and Tramadol which only eased the pain.

By my second visit to Marian I was beginning to feel things starting to free up and the pain was easing, I think it was 4 or 5 visits with Marian and all was sorted with no more pain or any recurring problems since.

All in all I was very pleased with Marian's professional expertise in sports and specific Massages, and would recommend her to anyone."

“I feel great after every session. My first session, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Marian sat me down & asked some medical questions & explained what she was going to do. She really put me at ease.

The session was wonderful. I have a problem with a painful and stiff, almost immobile shoulder & after 3 sessions I found it felt so much looser. She also gave me some exercises to do at home & made some suggestions, all of which were manageable & she took the time to show me how to do some of them.
